Shipping & returns

We currently offer 2 options to receive your online order: 

1 - FREE Pick Up in Store

We offer FREE pick up at our store location. Orders will be ready for pick up within 20 minutes from the time you order (during our operating hours). You will receive an email that your order is ready to pick up. 

2 - Shipping Across Canada 

We offer shipping across Canada. Shipping is a flat rate of $20.00 within Ontario and a flat rate of $25.00 in all other provinces. Shipping time is 2 -10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. Please note we are closed on Mondays so orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on Tuesdays.

Please accept that shipping timelines are out of our control. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. 

Exchanges and Returns

Full refund of unused, unopened items within 7 days of purchase. Store credit or exchange within 30 days. 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We will require a receipt or proof of online purchase in order to process your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. If your return qualifies for a refund, you will receive a refund for the item returned, but not for the cost of shipping.

Exceptions

Clearance items and special event tickets and special order and/or pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund.
